Gay For Good Volunteer Event - LB School Garden Restoration Project

Volunteer with Gay For Good at the Long Beach Unified School District’s Barton Elementary School to help restore their outdoor native garden.

Grab a pair of gloves, some gardening tools, a hat, water and sunscreen and join us!

We will be provided with trash bags, potting soil, a few plants, a dumpster, several small hand held shovels and a flatbed to move heavier items.

We are seeking donations of drought resistant native So Cal plants and garden art to help beautify the space . If you have access to any of the following items, please label them and bring them along:
Weeding tools
Large Shovels
Rakes
Edging/Trimming tools
