Our Breathwork Journey

Suspire: intransitive verb: to draw a long deep breath: sigh

Breathe a sigh of relief as we intentionally breathe during a transformative session.

Next, we’ll ease into a Sound Healing Session.

Sound: Healing Meditation with the use of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other intentionally chosen instruments to ease you into a state of deep relaxation.

After we’ve worked and received, it’s time to take the plunge.

Soak: Cold Plunge

An energetic reset. We’ll release the old and embrace the new with this cold therapy session.

We will conclude our time together with local teas, healthy refreshments, and a healing circle allowing you to feel seen & heard.
